“Let Me Do Christmas for Him”: Video of 14-Year-Old Boy Working As Tiler Goes Viral, Lady Plans to Sponsor Him

A Nigerian lady, @bossit_, was amazed when she saw a very young boy, Jonathan, working as a tiling labourer in her compound. She filmed him secretly to show her followers.
Days after the initial video gathered reactions, the lady properly spoke to the boy, asking some personal questions about his family.

Jonathan who said he is 14 years old revealed that he is an apprentice to a tiler. When the lady asked him if he would love anything for Christmas, he was too shy to make a request.

The lady then asked if he would love to be sponsored to school, and he replied yes. She promised to crowdfund for him.

Boy working on site sheds tears
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a video showing a Nigerian boy working on a construction site and crying got the attention of many people online.
In his work overall, the boy approached the camera, trying to wipe his tears. People wondered what could be wrong with him.
There were Nigerians who said that the boy is courageous as he is already working hard to make ends meet at a young age. Some narrated how they went through the same situation years ago.
