A man has been heartbroken after he discovered he is not the biological father of a girl he has all along believed is his beloved daughter following a DNA test.

DNA results announced family

The man was with his family gathered in their living room, flanked by the host of Global DNA Zimbabwe, a renowned TV DNA testing show, when he read the result of the tests to them.

A video posted on the show's TikTok handle, @madzongo22, showed tension and anticipation filling the room as the family watched intently while the host carefully opened the envelope.

As he begins to read the results, he announces,

"We are now presenting the results," the host announces as he begins to read the results and proceeds to share the outcome.

"The alleged father is excluded as the biological father of the tested child. The probability of paternity is 0%," the host read aloud, delivering the shocking news.

DNA results explained to family

He then explains the results in the family's native language, ensuring they fully understand that the man in question is not the child's biological father, whose paternity was disputed.

Grappling with the news, the devastated man then musters the strength to ask about the true biological father of the girl, to which the host says they will investigate further to find him.

What did the dad do?

As emotions surge, the young girl silently breaks into tears, her distress palpable, and her father, still in disbelief over the revelation, turns to her and offers words of solace.

"Do not be hurt by the outcome. We will take care of you and give you all you need to succeed in life,' reassured the dad.
