Geloo says he had a passion for animals for years
This unique sanctuary is not your typical wildlife reserve—here, Geloo shares his home with a stunning array of creatures, from exotic birds and ostriches to the enigmatic pythons.
Geloo, the visionary behind the venture, expresses his deep passion for animals and birds, which has fueled this endeavour since his early years.
"I wake up every morning, look at the birds and animals, and my heart goes like, 'wow,'" he shared capturing the sheer joy that living amidst nature brings him.
The R&L Game Ranch is not just a personal haven; it is a testament to Geloo's dedication to wildlife conservation.
Living alongside pythons, he aims to demystify these creatures and educate locals about their importance in the ecosystem.
"We are trying to protect the world of animals. So we are trying to protect them from the locals," Geloo explained.

"We also educate them by telling them that they are not very dangerous, we can live with them," he added.
Despite facing scepticism, Geloo has persevered, transforming his dream into a tangible reality.
"Others thought I was crazy, especially some of my family members. They didn't like the idea, but now they realize this is what he wants, this is his dream," he reflected.
The ranch, spanning 115 acres, is a vibrant blend of conservation and education. Geloo has opened its doors to the public, offering an affordable experience for both children and adults.
"We opened to educate the public and encourage them to know the benefits of animals," he states.
Challenges, including land acquisition and financial constraints, have been part of Geloo's journey. However, he proudly asserts,
What plans does Geloo have?
"Whatever I'm doing, I have never taken a bank loan. This is my hard-earned money."
His commitment to the cause shines through in the very fabric of the ranch.
Having studied computer engineering, Geloo's transformation into an animal enthusiast is a testament to following one's passion.
He envisions an even grander game ranch encompassing a diverse range of animals.
In the face of doubts, Geloo stands as an inspiration, encouraging others to pursue their dreams.
"Not everyone can succeed in breeding animals. For me, I am passionate about it. But I am encouraging others to take this up; they should take risks," Geloo concluded.
