An emotionally distressed woman and mother has desperately pleaded with MTN Ghana for assistance in accessing their loan service.

In a video, the unnamed young lady lamented as she explained the delicate situation she is in after being disqualified from accessing MTN Ghana's Quick Loan service.

The Ghanaian lady stated that she took an MTN Quick Loan, and with the deadline approaching, she went to a Mobile Money agent, who is a close acquaintance of hers, to borrow GH₵1,000 from the agent, which she intended to repay later.

Her plan was to settle her debt with MTN Ghana and then take a new loan to repay the GH₵1,000 she had borrowed from the MoMo agent. Sadly, things did not go according to her plans.

Narrating her ordeal, she claimed that immediately after she settled her debt, MTN informed her that she was no longer qualified for another loan. This has left her in a desperate situation, unable to repay the MoMo agent.

Feeling stranded and unsure of what to do, she feared she could be sent to jail. Lamenting in frustration, she questioned MTN's criteria for disqualifying her and begged them not to let her down, as she had a young daughter who depended on her for survival.

MTN blocks defaulters from future financial loans
