Comedian Kwame A Plus has given a tongue-in-cheek description of Joy FM’s Super Morning Show, Kojo Yankson, saying he is a ‘dumb’ journalist.

The controversial musician was a guest on Yvonne Okoro’s ‘Dining with Cooks and Braggarts’ show to display his cooking skills.

However, in the course of the conversation he was asked whether he has ever sold ‘chichinga’ in his life.

His response, though, was a veiled dig at the Joy FM presenter, who he described as the dumbest journalist he knows.

Am I the one who sells the ‘chichinga’ or Kojo Yankson? That ‘bra’, he is the dumbest presenter ever since Joy FM came into existence,” A Plus said.

Explaining further, the musician said he has no personal issues with Kojo Yankson but added that “if somebody is dumb, do I have to have a problem with him before”.

His comments seem to be in relation to a gas explosion at Atomic junction in Accra, which left hundreds of people injured.

At the time Kojo Yankson, in an attempt to explain the cause of the fire, attributed it to a chichinga seller around the area.

His assertion was widely ridiculed by many Ghanaians, who questioned the basis of his assertion since he was not an eyewitness of how the explosion occurred.

Well, it appears the episode will never be forgotten as A Plus has just demonstrated with his words.
