KNUST online course registration
KNUST online application is on, and there are a few requirements from each applicant. If you are a Ghanaian applicant, you need to visit the Ghana Post Offices to purchase your E-Voucher. Submit 2 copies of your online application together with other documents that are relevant.
For the foreigner applicants, you should visit the KNUST website to generate the E-Voucher. It is not a hard task and all you need is to be keen and follow instructions carefully.
If you want to register for the short courses, here is a grasp of what to expect.
Step 1 – you will be required to fill in your personal details. This is a walk over. Right? Fill it correctly and always revise what you have typed.
Step 2 – What is your educational background? Well, this is all you will deal with in this part. Keep your examinational records well to confirm what you will be filling.
Step 3 – what is your employment history? Well, fill all your financial history carefully with and honestly.
Step 4 – what they require on the last part is you to declare that you have agreed with their terms and conditions.
KNUST online admission application forms are grouped into different categories for different applicants' programs. This groups are of the undergraduates, law students, postgraduates, distant learning, and the international students. KNUST online registration distance learning
KNUST IDL online application is ongoing. The admission forms for the (IDL) 2020/2021 are on sale for that undergraduate top up, postgraduate, and the diploma students. Purchase and start your application because time is not by your side. Do not use the regular forms but the ones provided by KNUST for Distant Learning (IDL).
How much does the application form cost? Well, you have to purchase the E-Voucher whose cost is based on the program you are applying for.
- For the postgraduate programme, you will purchase it at GHc 250.00 if you are a Ghanaian applicant; for a foreigner applicant, $250 is the cost of the form.
- For the undergraduate programme, Ghanaian applicants will be charged GHc 190.00 and the foreign applicants will pay $ 190 for the application form. Keep in mind that this applies to all Top-Up applicants.
- Diploma Programme - This applies to those students interested in all other programmes including the Nurses courses. All the applicants will have to purchase the Bankers draft that will cost them GHc 150.00, which you will pay to the KNUST- IDL. After purchasing it, you will have to submit it, drop it to one of the centers below, and proceed with your online application.
The centers include Kumasi, Accra, Sunyani, Techiman, Takoradi, Koforidua, Temale, Bolgatanga, Wa, Tarkwa, Cape Coast, and Akosombo.

KNUST graduate online application
Do you want to pursue a degree course with the KNUST? Well, there are entry requirements for the programmes offered by the Institution. Copies such as your result slip document and your birth certificate are some of the relevant documents that will be required. Purchase the E-Voucher and commence on your application. A quality passport (light green background) will be required.
For you to secure and increase your chances for consideration, you need to make sure that you fill in the information required carefully including the examination details that includes your index number and the year of completion.
Once you purchase the E-Voucher you will receive a pin number to access the online application. Remember you can satisfy the minimum entry requirements of your dream programme even without necessarily meeting the faculty requirements. This means that revising the entry requirements is very essential.
KNUST online postgraduate application
Those students who want to pursue a higher degree in KNUST University, you need to start your application as soon as possible. Don’t be left out for the 2020 application and positively secure a chance.
Here are the general admission requirements by KNUST to the postgraduate applicants.
Masters programmes
If you want to pursue a masters programme, you need to provide evidence that you are done will you degree in an Institution that is well-recognized. Those who are most likely to be considered by KNUST are the first and second-class owners.
If you want to be a full time student for the masters program, the study will take a duration of 2 years; for the part-time student then your duration will be 5 years unless otherwise.
PHD programmes
Logically, for you to apply for the Doctor of Philosophy Degree you must be done with your MPhil Degree. Right? The learning institution that you took your master degree, must be well- recognized for you to be considered. Keep in mind that evidence is required.
For a full-time student, you will take a duration of 4 years and the part-time students will take 5 years unless otherwise.
How will you apply? Well, the E-Vouchers were out for sale and you need to start your application if you have not done so because due date is almost. You can purchase the E-Voucher from GCD, Eco Bank and The UniBank.
One you have purchased the E-Voucher, you will be able to access the KNUST online application portal via the pin and application number that will be granted to you. don’t waste more time and start your application as soon as you can. Have in mind that you need to fully complete 3 copies together with relevant documents and submit them.

KNUST online registration deadline
Check the official website to find out the deadline. This means that you should try your very best to submit your copies to The Deputy Registrar of the university, Academic Affairs. Keep in mind that they don’t consider neither late submitted nor uncompleted copies. This means you keenly fill in the copies well to secure a chance successfully.
