Video of King Promise teaching his mom the ‘Akwaaba’ dance is so adorable

YEN.com.gh has sighted a video of hiplife musician King Promise and his mother making some dance moves.

King Promise is captured teaching his mother how to make the trending ‘Akwaaba’ dance that has currently taken some parts of Ghana by storm.

King Promise’s mother, who looks very young in the video shows her zeal to learn the dance, as she moves her hands up and down, side by side, just as the ‘Akwaaba’ dance is made.

The video is an adorable one, and it is good to know that King Promise has risen above the trolls he suffered at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

His dressing sparked a social media trolls, and he was mocked for wearing an “oversized camboo”.

Even though King Promise did so well under the year of review, he couldn’t win a single award.

He was also nominated in the ‘New Artiste of the Year’ category together with Kuami Eugene, and KIDI, but the award went to Kuami Eugene.

King Promise is noted for hit songs including ‘Selfish’, ‘Oh Yeah’ and ‘Hey Sexy’.
