The leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Obofour, has finally broken his silence regarding the 2019 VGMA event which came off on Saturday, May 18, 2019.
Rev. Obofour has slammed Ghanaians who are wishing death for Shatta Wale.
YEN.com.gh has seen a video of Rev. Obofour expressing his dissatisfaction with the way Ghanaians treat celebrities in the country.
In the first two minutes of the lengthy video, the controversial preacher said some Ghanaians spoke badly about Ebony till she met her untimely death.
He also noted that some people in Ghana are complaining about Shatta Wale’s behaviour but the same people will watch video clips of Tupac on Youtube.
Rev. Obofour’s comments came after the 2019 VGMA fight between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
Watch the video below:
It all started when Stonebwoy was named as the dancehall Artiste of the Year and Shatta Wale and his team went onto the stage to allegedly congratulate him.
However, Stonebwoy’s camp felt the move was an attack, forcing the Baafira crooner to pull out a gun.
Following the fracas, the two artistes have been banned by the VGMA board indefinitely.
