Junka Town actor Abele Wabedem dies (photo)

- Junka Town actor Abele Wabebem has been reported dead

- Abele is said to have passed away after a short illness

Junka Town, the popular television series from Takoradi in the Western region has lost one of its leading actors, Abele Wabedem, known in private life as Kojo Antwi.

It is not known when Abele died but the news of Abele's death came up on social media on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.

The news was first broken by Hitz FM presenter Dr Pounds who took to Instagram to mourn the deceased.

Abele, YEN.com.gh gathers, was sick for a short period before his death.

For those who had been following the series, the Abele was the biggest of all the actors in the series.

Meanwhile, Alice Lamisi Awuni, a popular Ghanaian makeup artist, has died leaving friends and clients in tears on social media.

Lamisi, the CEO of Lamisi Makeup Artistry, an award-winning beauty and bridal company, reportedly died on Monday, October 14, 2019.
