KiDi grabs big deal; becomes new Samsung brand ambassador

Ghanaian musician, KiDi has been announced as the new brand ambassador for technology giant Samsung Electronics.

According to Eugene Nahm, the Managing Director of Samsung Ghana KiDi’s music career reflects Samsung’s brand promise and aspirations for the new decade.

KiDi, who is known in real life as Dennis Nana Dwamena, happens to be one of the most talented highlife musicians in Ghana.

“It’s an honor to have a young music icon like KiDi, who is loved by many Ghanaians, associated with Samsung. The music star will promote the brand’s smartphone devices with focus on our Galaxy A Series. KiDi’s tech lifestyle infused with music fits well into our DNA,” said Mr. Nahm.

KiDi on the other hand also said “It's an absolute thrill to be brand ambassador for a top global brand like Samsung. This partnership is all about the progress and growth with mutual benefit. On this journey we aim to achieve more bringing more value to Ghanaian consumers”.

The one-year ambassadorial deal is expected to create a mutually beneficial relationship between KiDi and Samsung as well as raise more brand awareness for all Samsung products in Ghana.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Osei Kwame Despite's son, Kennedy Osei, and his wife, Tracy, have become the talk of town after their plush wedding ceremony.

As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, the couple started their marriage ceremony with a lavish traditional wedding on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
