According to Stonegirl, real name Oriela Quartey, she sang the song to thank God for how far he has brought her.
The little girl was full of gratitude to God, her parents, and family at large and sang that she can never live without praising him.
“I thank God for mercy, I thank God for life, I thank God for mama, and I thank God for papa,” Stonegirl sang dressed in white like a little angel.
“Your blessing dey follow me, your blessing dey follow me everyday, Baba Oluwa Oshe,” Stonegirl sang again.

She said she did not expect to go far in the competition, let alone get to the grand finale because of how competitive the show was.
The setting of the video also shows that Oriela knows what she is about.
There were other little girls playing in the video, and the concept seeks to portray that she is not more than any of them, however, God's blessing has followed her to the stage she has gotten to today.

Meanwhile, Oriela came fourth in the competition following Allo Afro Kid, the dancer, who came third.
The first position was awarded to Nana AK, a 7-year-old poet and historian, followed by DJ Spices, who came second.
The fifth position was awarded to Amoako Mills, the child magician in the competition.
Nana AK thus takes over from Nakeeyat Dramani, also a poet who won season 10 of the show in 2019.
