The Member of Parliament for the Okaikoi Central Constituency, Patrick Yaw Boamah, has fought with GHOne TV presenter Serwaa Amihere on social media.

Serwaa had shared a photo of a wooden bridge the MP allegedly commissioned in his area around Fadama and questioned why it was necessary for him to have highlighted that as an achievement.

Serwaa wrote: “I hope this is not real. How can this be a project to highlight by an MP? How?

But the MP got angry when he saw Serwaa’s tweet and said she was being stupid for tagging him in such a post.

He wrote that Serwaa should have done due diligence by finding out of he was really behind it before tagging him.

Boamah, shortly thereafter, deleted the tweet he made to insult Serwaa Amihere, and made another tweet distancing himself from that ‘useless’ project.

According to him, his office and personality have nothing to do with the account which he described as “fanatic”.

This was after Serwaa questioned the MP’s choice of language and wrote that if that was indeed coming from his campaign team as stated earlier in the tweet that was deleted, then Boamah does not deserve to be called “honorable”.

Meanwhile, Serwaa was in the news recently when an old photo of her dropped on the internet.
