Sena played the role of Marcia Mensah, a young teenager who was torn between the love of two gentlemen: an ex- rich boyfriend and “BB”, an ‘area” guy who is into womanizing but claims he has feelings for her. On throwback Thursday, YEN.com.gh brings takes you down memory lane with Sena Tsikata.

Sena Tsikata holds a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Political Science from the University of Delaware.

Prior to her role in the series, Sena used to grace the runways as a Tetteh Plahar design model. She was also a script writer for the “Lux Glamour Show” and a script consultant for the recent Ghanaian drama series “Fortune Island”. She was the face radio commercials like Ideal Milk, Close Up Toothpaste and Accra Brewery Limited’s club Shandy.

Sena in 2010 featured in her first movie comedy, “6 Hours to Christmas”, produced by Sparrow Productions.  About a month ago, Sena was mentioned as a character in the season two of the “things we do for love series”.

“Things We Do for Love” is was a 30 minute weekly TV series, directed by Ivan Quashigah and written by Seddoh Jnr. It centered on the youth and their sexual live emphasing on abstinence and the need for contraceptive, if need be. It was centred on the youth and how they live their lives and go about things in school and at home, with their parents also coming in their way, trying to put them on track so they don't go astray.
