Akosua Serwaa, the first wife of the late Daddy Lumba, has courted attention after a video of her surfaced on social media.

In a video shared by Mandy Agyapong on her TikTok page, the widow of the late music icon was spotted in a luxurious vehicle with businessman Kennedy Agyapong's wife.
Akosua Serwaa and Mandy jammed to the late Daddy Lumba's Fakye song from his 1998 Aben Wo Ha album as they cruised inside the vehicle through town.
The first wife of the late highlife musician was overwhelmed with emotions, with her eyes filled with tears as she sang the song, which many claim was an apology to her from her late husband over some bad acts he committed.

Lumba and Akosua Serwaa's marriage
Daddy Lumba and Akosua Serwaa were a married couple for over four decades. The couple tied the knot in the 1980s after they met in Germany, where they were both residing.
During their marriage, the highlife music legend and his spouse welcomed three children, Calvin Kwadwo Fosuh, Charlyn and Ciara Fosuh, before the former returned to Ghana and married his second wife, Priscilla Ofori-Atta, popularly known as Odo Broni.

Akosua Serwaa has remained in Germany with her children since her husband left to return to Ghana.
She recently returned to Ghana after many years, following her husband's demise and was welcomed by her children, Kennedy Agyapong and Prophet Papa Shee, at the Kotoka International Airport.
On Friday, August 1, 2025, Akosua Serwaa was seen at Daddy Lumba's residence in East Legon as she arrived to mourn with the family.
