Yah Nii Armah Blackwell (Yahu Blackwell) is the first royal son of Adu Kpono We, Kinkawe Quarters. Becoming the historical first Osu Noryaa Mantse of the Osu Monarchy.
Working alongside the absolute Osu throne, “TeTeeTe Nii Nortey Owuo IV” and the “Osu Djaasze” chair — His Royal Highness will oversee the global, political, and social development of the Osu Monarchy.
Yahu Blackwell makes huge investment in Ghana
Earlier, the accomplished boxer, now King Gbejelor, had reportedly acquired land in the Aburi mountains to establish a royal compound.
The compound will feature various amenities including living and dining areas, six bedrooms with washrooms, a family area, modern kitchen, gym, office space, movie theatre and a game room.
Despite growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States, Yahu Blackwell proudly embraces his Ga-Dangbe heritage and is a descendant of Ayi Kushi.
His new royal duty reflects a deep connection with his roots and a commitment to contributing to the development and progress of the Osu community.
As Yahu Blackwell assumes the significant role of King Gbejorlor, he is responsible for spearheading developmental initiatives that will benefit the people of Osu.
Former French Ambassador to Ghana, Anne Sophie, made Queen Mother in Osu
Meanwhile, the former French ambassador to Ghana, Anne Sophie (Akosua) Avé was also appointed as a queen mother in Osu for her community development initiatives.
The delighted ambassador praised the King of Osu Noste Nii Narthey Owuo for the gracious gesture.
Fameye enstooled chief in his hometown
In another report, Fameye, a Ghanaian artist, was appointed chief of his birthplace of Bogoso in the Western Region.
