Moot Court, often called the Laboratory for Lawyers, provides a platform for law students to practice and refine their advocacy skills by engaging in simulated legal scenarios.
The university proudly shared a video of the outstanding performance, captioning it with,

Student argues on centrality of human brain
During the moot court session, the standout law student opened with a powerful statement,
"I have been invited to come back to this dias in pursuit of defending the sanity of the law."
Drawing inspiration from Professor Patrick Lumumba, the student emphasised the centrality of the human brain in defining one's character, disregarding physical attributes.
In a passionate declaration, the student asserted,
"We do not care in the corridors of justice about your height; we do not care how fat you are; you can be as tall as one of the tallest people in my village, but when the contents of your brain are questionable, then you are just a tall fool."

Student navigates legal philosophy
The student skillfully navigated legal philosophy, stating,
"My lord, the court exists to entertain the law, and it is a certain policy in jurisprudence, with clear arguments there, as when as out or repetitive jurisprudence, that the court is not an advice giver."
He further emphasised the court's role in abstaining from premature adjudication and steering clear of matters falling under the purview of political doctrines.
