Bruno Fernandes comments on Amorim

The Portuguese attacking midfielder will be crucial for Amorim during the transition period. In the last few years, he has been arguably the club's best player.

He hopes the young coach can bring the energy to help rejuvenate the team, which has made a poor start to the season. He was impressed with Amorim's achievement at his former club.

Fernandes is also hoping Amorim can end the club's Premier League drought which now stands at 10 years.

“So hopefully he can do the same here for us and [hopefully] it's going to be a successful time for all of us.”
