Information filtering in suggests that embattled young millionaire, Ibrah One may have been released from police custody.
According to reports on making rounds on social media, Ibrah One was granted bail in the early hours of Thursday, April 19.
Ibrah One, a 32-year-old man known for his lavish lifestyle on social media, was arrested at his East Legon residence on Wednesday over a money laundering investigation going on in the US.
As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, Ibrah was snitched on by a close associate and the Interpol had been watching him for months now.
The close associate, only identified by his Snapchat handle, Heloo_Stephen, is said to have gotten angry after Ibrah cheated him of the proceeds of a scam deal they did together.
Immediately after his arrest, Ibrah took to Snapchat to threaten that he was not going to down alone and even went as far as requesting an audience with President Nana Akufo-Addo to disclose valuable information.
But a day after his arrest, his latest Snapchat activity suggests Ibrah has become very calm unlike when he was arrested and it may even calm down the nerves of his relatives, friends and other associates.
"I knew this day would come, I stay ready so I don't have to get ready," he posted.
It is based on this relatively calm Snapchat post that talk of his release has been anchored on.
However, it is worth noting that Ibrah's post is about 14 hours old which suggests it might have come up between 4:00 am and 5:00 am on Thursday.
This is not a time one would ordinarily expect a person in police custody to be released.
