Five young under 25 female celebrities making strides
Celebrities are mostly known to be elderly people who are either actresses, musicians, models or have done something that have made them quite popular.
However, when it comes to becoming a celebrity, age is just but a number.
YEN.com.gh has however compiled a list of under 25 female celebrities who have their names on the lips of many Ghanaians

1. DJ Switch
She is known to be the youngest disc jockey in Ghana. Born Erica Bra-Bulu Tandoh, 11-year-old DJ Switch has distinguished herself in her chosen field of work. After winning the Talented Kids, reality show, she has played many shows both nationally and internationally.
2. Maame Serwaa
Born Clara Benson, Maame Serwaa is loved by many for her roles in various Kumawood movies. She came into the limelight at a very young age. She has managed to remain relevant in the industry over the years.

3. Yaa Jackson
The 19-year-old musician and actress has irked her name on the lips of many Ghanaians. The daughter of the Kumasi-based movie producer, Anthony Bentum, left school to pursue her music career. The future so far looks good for her as she has made quite a number of good music.
4. Fella Makafui
Fella Makafui has been in the media for various reasons. Some good, some bad. The 23-year-old actress and entrepreneur became popular from her role she played in youth series, YOLO. She is however living her best life yet, ever since she met Medikal.
5. Wendy Shay
She came into the limelight after the death of Ebony Reigns in February 2018. She has been able to produce hit songs which have been loved by Ghanaians. She is however always tagged with walking in the shadows of Ebony. This has not deterred her as she keeps doing her thing.
