Bola Ray finally reveals reason for exit of EIB presenters

- CEO of EIB Network Bola Ray has finally disclosed the reason why most of his workers have left the company

- Bola Ray revealed that his inability to pay staff their salary for seven months was the reason for their exit

- Starr FM presenter Giovani, GH One TV presenter Berla Mundi among others resigned from the EIB Network

CEO of Excellence In Broadcasting Network, Bola Ray, known in real life as Kwabena Anokye Adisi has said that he has not paid his workers for seven months.

According to the seasoned presenter, most of his workers resigned especially in August 2018 over the non-payment of salaries.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Bola Ray lamented over the hard times he is facing in his line of business.

"For seven months I have not paid salaries. Can you imagine, that is why I said I was going to be brutally frank with you," he confessed.

Bola Ray recalled how some of his staff will come and give him reasons why they needed to resign and search for a new job.

"Some people will come and say, my wife is not feeling well and needs a treatment in South Africa so I can't work with you anymore," he revealed.

He also recalled how some of the staff he planned events with came with the reason that they need to offer their Masters Degree or Doctorate.

"In the month of August 2018 I had a lot of people walking away. Yes it was difficult because some did so for the economic situation," he stated.

Bola Ray's comments came after another exit of his top presenter Berla Mundi to Media General's TV3.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh published a story about Berla Mundi after fans asked her to stop being shady following her move to TV3.

In a post written by Berla on Instagram, she hinted of reasons for leaving GH One TV, alluding that she was around people who did want the best for her.
