Shatta Wale confirms meeting Beyonce and filming 'Already' music video

- Ghanaian dancehall musician Shatta Wale has confirmed meeting with American singer Beyonce in the USA

- Shatta Wale revealed that he and Beyonce met in the USA and filmed the music video for their 'Already' song

- He said even though he met Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy, he did not get to meet her husband Jay Z

Award-winning dancehall musician Shatta Wale has finally met with Beyonce as he confirmed in an interview.

According to the dancehall chief, he met with Beyonce recently in the USA for the music video shoot of their new single 'Already.'

In an interview with Paul Adom-Otchere, Shatta Wale expressed excitement at meeting superstar Beyonce.

When asked about Beyonce, Shatta said: "Yeah I met up with Beyonce and we shot a video for the 'Already' song.

"I didn't meet Jay Z but I met Beyonce and her daughter. We took pictures and they were happy seeing me," he added.

Shatta Wale expressed excitement at meeting the superstar after getting featured on her 'The Lion King' album.

At the time of the recording, the 'Gringo' hitmaker had not met with Beyonce but rather her team on the feature.

He, however, pleaded with Beyonce via social media that he would love her shoot a video with him for the song.

By this confirmation, it is evident that Beyonce accepted Shatta Wale's call to shoot the video for 'Already.'

The Shatta Movement boss disclosed that the music video and photos of himself and Beyonce will come out soon.
