Stan Dogbe, a former director of communications at the presidency, gained a reputation as some sort of an unsmiling "hard man", during the Mahama administration between 2012 and 2016.

He had a rocky relationship with the media and even roughed up a GBC reporter, breaking his recorder in the process.

But, with his government out of power, Dogbe is publicly exhibiting another side of his persona - being loving and caring.

On the occasion of Valentine, he shared a picture of his family on Twitter, with the caption: "You are the love of my life."

That is not all. Dogbe also wished his Twitter followers a happy Valentine's Day, saying that he wished he could send them chocolates to express his appreciation for their friendship.
