Hardworking Student In Tears As She Displays GH¢55 Textbook Her Department Forced Them To Buy

A Nigerian student has cried out on social media after seeing the N4k (GH¢54.96) textbook her department forced her and her colleagues to buy.

The 400-level student of Social Linguistics at Delta State University (DELSU) stated on TikTok that they were not allowed to submit their assignments without purchasing the textbook.

She added that the assignment was to be used for their continuous assessment (CA).

When she eventually bought hers, she discovered nothing in the textbook related to the course title.

She lamented wasting her money on such a material. @marvel0330 went from one page to the other to show netizens the contents of the textbook.

It appeared to be a visual textbook about the types family and things in the house.

In a video, he broke down in tears as his project supervisor tackled him and dismissed his work as "rubbish".
