"Nothing as sweet as speaking your native dailect in a foreign country. As a parent, I think I've failed in this area for not even raising my child with the knowledge of my Tradition, culture and native dialect(Igbo). Anyways he does watch NIGERIAN compiled cartoons, so he'll learn it from there."

"At least they understand yoruba. It's not entirely their fault if their parents didn't teach them the language from early stage. #guilty."

"Yoruba is beautiful! Being affiliated/related to YORUBA is a big flex in Nigeria and outside Nigeria."

Oyinbo man gets peeps laughing as he learns Yoruba from Nigerian man

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh previously reported that an Oyinbo man had pronounced words funnily as a Nigerian man taught him Yoruba.

In a clip shared by Nigerian Actress Bukky Wright, a Nigerian man stood behind a white man as he reeled out Yoruba expressions.

The white man repeated every phrase the Nigerian man said. But, hard as he tried, his pronunciation still came out funnily.

During the short video, the Nigerian man recited a known Nigerian didactic poem that emphasised the need to be hardworking. After their performance, the two laughed hard.
