He informed his new girlfriend that he didn't want to have children, something she agreed to without much hullabaloo.
The man was shocked when the woman confessed to a secret she had kept for the three weeks they had been dating: she is a single mother to one child.
He knew the relationship was dead on arrival when the woman added that since he has a good career, her child "can finally enjoy the good life."
"She actually told me "Well you are making good money so that's good for my son!" I was blown away!" the man said.
Run, man, run!
The shocked man revealed he decided to leave the restaurant without saying a word and then blocked her number and social media accounts.
Reddit users agreed with the man's decision to leave the woman, terming her a user.

"It’s not your responsibility to take care of her kids and her trying to pull that especially only after a week is really sad but also shows a level of immaturity."
ImagineSnapDragons:
"I don’t think all single moms are like this, but this one is a user. Looking for someone to bankroll the life she feels she deserves."
Gadget_girl:
"She isn’t that bright if she thinks somebody, who made it clear they do not want kids at all, will suddenly want to raise and support her child."
Newly-married bride files for divorce
Meanwhile, a bride filed for divorce one day after the wedding because her newly wedded husband shoved her head into the cake.
The young woman revealed she had told her lover that she hates the habit of rubbing cake in people's faces and advised him to resist the temptation.
Contrary to her expectations, the husband blatantly ignored the warning as he did something even worse: pushing her face-first into the cake.
"He grabbed me by the back of the head and shoved my head down into it. It was planned since the cake was destroyed, and he had a bunch of cupcakes as a backup," she lamented.
The bride was so annoyed by her partner's move that she told him she was done and asked for a divorce the following day.
