How to prepare fermented flour for Banku recipe
It has only two simple steps:
Step 1: Mix your corn flour with the warm water properly in a jar or container.
Step 2: After mixing the mixture well, cover it with a clean piece of cloth and place the container in warm temperature for about two days. If it is a cold season it can take more days. In simple term, a properly fermented corn ready for preparing banku, should have a slight sourness but with no smell.

Step 1: Boil at least 2 cups of water in a pot.
Step 2: Add the fermented corn dough slowly to your hot water in the pot.

Step 1: Add water in a mixture of your fermented corn and grated cassava until it is thick.
