Shatta Wale and Shatta Michy 'social media fight' reported to be fake

- Shatta Wale and Shatta Michy have taken over social media with their alleged fight and split

- It has however been discovered that the stage-managed fight is just another publicity stunt

- Reports have it that the two are using unconventional means to hype a movie that stars the dancehall act

Media circles have been filled with an alleged bust up between dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale and longtime girlfriend, Shatta Michy, over some form of misunderstanding.

According to reports, Shatta Wale and Shatta Michy’s relationship is hitting the rocks due to jabs the couple took at each other on Facebook.

In a number of posts, both celebrities suggested that there was fire on the mountain in their home which resulted in a blows and knife fight.

However, it has been revealed that the social media fight between the couple is nothing but a publicity stunt to promote a movie which stars Shatta Wale.

According to reports sighted on Ghpage, the couple are promoting a movie believed to be titled, ‘The Trial of Shatta Wale’; necessitating the ‘controversy’ that they have created on Facebook making a section of the public ‘buy’ the fake fight.

Shatta Wale and Shatta Michy are noted for such publicity stunts since it happen to be the second time in this year alone that they have caused such a stir on social media.

In the early days of 2018, it was reported that Shatta Wale had thrown Shatt Michy, known in real life as Diamond Michelle Gbagonah, out of their home after reports of cheating.

It was however revealed later that the action was just a publicity stunt to promote Shatta Michy’s new single titled ‘Cheating’.

The two are believed to be working hard to take the hype and attention away from the just-ended VGMAs.
