Now it is not only ladies or women that pay particular attention to how their body should be but men have also welcomed that idea.
Men now have been putting in lots of work just to get six-packs but it is not something you will get overnight.
Six-packs has become the norm for Ghanaian celebrities like actors, footballers, boxers and musicians.

Kevin Prince Boateng
Kevin Prince Boateng is a German-born Ghanaian. He switched nationality to play for Ghana during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, in that tournament, Boateng scored his debut goal in the round of 16 against USA –Ghana won 2-1 after extra time.
Boateng is regarded as one of the handsome footballers in the world. He currently plies his trade for Italian side Sassuolo.

He has played for top European clubs like, Totthenham Hotspur, AC Milan, Portsmouth, Las Palmas and Eintracht Frankfurt, Shalke 04 and Hertha Berlin.
Prince David Osei
Pince David Osei is a famous Ghanaian actor, model and a producer. In 2005 he joined the Ghana Movie Industry (Ghallywood) and started attending movie auditions and was selected for minor roles.
In 2006, Osei shot to fame after featuring in the blockbuster movie “Fortune Island” which gave him an award as the Best Actor of the Year at the People Entertainment Awards.

Abraham Attah
Abraham Nii Attah is a Ghanaian actor, living in the U.S. for his career and education. He made his feature film debut in Beasts of No Nation in 2015.
For his leading role of child soldier Agu, Attah was awarded the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor at the 72nd Venice International Film Festival.
He was made an Ambassador for the Free Education Policy in Ghana, after having supported the policy with a picture endorsement.
Stephen Appiah
Stephen Appiah is a Ghanaian retired footballer who played as a midfielder. Appiah was a member of the Ghana national team, which he has represented at the youth, Olympic, and senior levels.
He captained Ghana at their World Cup debut in 2006 and was a member of their squad for the 2010 World Cup.
During his playing days, he played clubs like, Fenerbache, Udinese, Bologna, Hearts of Oak and Juventus. He is currently the Black Stars Technical Coordinator.
Isaac Dogboe
Isaac Dogboe is a Ghanaian professional boxer who is the current World Boxing Organization (WBO) super bantamweight champion.
Dogboe became Ghana’s eighth world champion after stopping Jessie Magdaleno in round 11 to win the WBO belt. Dogboe, 23, is currently the youngest world champion to come from Ghana.
