Judge allows for adult video to be played in Nigerian court

Proceedings in a Nigerian High Court took an unusual dimension when an excerpt of an adult video recording between a married father of three and his ex-lover was played in the courtroom.

Misspetitenaijablog.com reports that the father of three, Peter Omokaro, is an ex-banker, while his ex-lover, Titilayo Nosa-Igiebor, is a businesswoman.

Omokaro who is in his early 60s had sued his 33-year-old ex over her non-payment of an alleged N15 million loan he gave her during their relationship.

The tape was played when the lawyer of Nosa-Igiebor asked to proceed with confirmation of the affair between the two.

The video which played for more than an hour showed Omokaro and Nosa-Igiebor lying in bed in a hotel room, agreeing to the terms of the `loan’ before engaging in intercourse.

It is impossible for YEN.com.gh to publish the video due to editorial standards. But reportedly, Omokaro could be heard in the video, before signing the agreement, saying: “I hope I am not signing my death warrant.”

He was also heard telling Nosa-Igiebor that he had no intention of getting the loan back.

Nosa-Igiebor had initially agreed for the issue to be settled out of court. But her ex-lover felt he was not going to get back money that way.
