According to Peacefmonline.com, Forson further opined that Mensah won’t face any trial in Ghana or anywhere.

This assertion comes in the face of announcements from the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) and the Ghana Police Service (GPS).

To her, all of Menzgold’s clients have been played, and for that reason, there is no way they can get their investments.

The Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) ordered Menzgold to be shut down in September 2018, following infractions committed by the company.

NAM1 reportedly sneaked out of Ghana through Togo and Nigeria and finally settled in South Africa.
