Missing T’di girls: NDC official calls on police to return them to their families

The national organizer of the National Democratic Congress, Joshua Hamidu Akamba, has called on police officials to return the three missing Takoradi girls to their parents.

Per a Peacefmonline.com report, he stated that the police need to halt the press conferences they organize and get to work on the case.

“What I know is the police will only hold a press conference when they have succeeded in their operation,” he said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.

He added that the families of the missing girls are in serious pain and desirous of reuniting with them.

In his opinion, the press conferences are a way to divert attention from the core issues related to the matter.
