Popular dancehall artiste Shatta Wale's hit single 'My Level' has been rated Number five on popular TV channel Mtvbase Africa.

Shatta Wale announced the good news as he posted the video of 'My Level' on his Instagram page and wrote: "Shatta Wale’s 'My Level' number five(5) on @mtvbaseafrica charts. Thank you Africa,"

It is a well-deserved achievement since the 'My Level' song made waves in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

The video was directed by Sesan who is touted as a good director by many music lovers.

Instagram users took to the comment section to congratulate the self-proclaiming king of African dancehall:

Shatta Wale has become a household name in Ghana and the whole of Africa when it comes to dancehall music.

His 'My Level' hit song aside coming at Number 5, has been nominated as one of the most popular songs in 2018 by the VGMA.

Meanwhile Shatta Wale has already enjoyed the hype around the 'My Level' hit song as he won big with it at the 3Music Awards.

Shatta Wale came top of all other artistes by winning eight awards at the 3Music Awards which was held on March 30, 2019 at the Fantasy Dome in Accra.
