A beautiful Ghanaian nurse has caused a stir on social media with her love story.
This Ghanaian lady identified as Nurse Akosuah May, decided to test her boyfriend to see whether he was faithful by creating a fake account to chat with him.
However, she received the shock of her life when the boyfriend gave her an unpleasant response while they were chatting.
According to Akosuah May, the boyfriend said his girlfriend had died months ago.
Akosuah May made this known via her official Twitter handle.
"I created a fake account and started chatting my boyfriend, he told me his girlfriend just died two months ago," she wrote on Twitter.
But instead of giving sympathy, many people were quick to let the woman know that she shouldn’t have lied to her man.
@chiku_muriithi commented: "A lie got you a lie. You’re even,’ said one person."
@Grospensteen: "catfishing your own partner already shows a lack of trust in the relationship,’ adding that the situation was ‘pretty messed up on both sides."
@fatherofflower also wrote, "Wait so is he wrong for cheating or is she crazy for baiting her own man into cheating?" asked another.
Some people even suggested that the situation might be even more complex, involving another woman.
@GeekeyStevey: "Plot twist: maybe he wasn’t talking about you," wrote Steven Igbowke.
@Cessa tweeted: "Well, maybe she died two months ago, how are you so sure he’s referring to you."
