A man identified as Chidi Mike has wowed many after he bought his newborn baby girl an expensive gift to welcome her home. The man bought his daughter a brand-new car.

The man, who is a car dealer and owner of Chidi Mike Cars, bought his newborn daughter a C300 Mercedes Benz.

Mike shared the photo of the blue-black Mercedes Benz on his Instagram page. On the car, lettered balloons spelling out the word 'heart' were laid on it with colourful ribbons made into roses.

According to Mike, he bought his daughter the gift to welcome her home from the hospital. He also added that the car is also to ensure her safety on the road.

The doting father also shared a cute photo of his daughter with a bow headband on her head. In the photo, she was sleeping peacefully.
