Video of beach exercise by old women gets social media users excited

- A group of senior citizens embarking on a project to improve their health conditions have drawn applause from social media users

- According to them, they have been involved in various exercises for about three months now and realize they are better than before

- One of them disclosed that some of them have various sicknesses but none of them are a bother to them anymore

YEN.com.gh is in possession of a video of a group old women who have regular exercises by the seashore.

Information available suggests the strategy works for them as they admit they feel better than before.

Safiatou Sylla revealed that she is 64 years but is capable of doing everything that young people can do.

She adds that that was not the situation years ago and she no longer uses her stick for walking but for sports.

Reports from BBC News Africa shows that the therapy was started about three months ago and all those involved feel an improvement in their medical statuses.

Another admitted that she can go for 10 days without taking her medication and feels no pains.

Mariamma Diallo also noted that she feels a lot better since she started the exercises.

According to her, some people who get involved in the exercises come with sicknesses such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis and sciatica, but they all feel a lot better.

Social media users were amazed at the progress the old women were making and were full of praises for them:

Cruden advised them to keep it up.

Hennah argued they are doing well because it has become habitual.

Ukeje revealed he is also encouraged to exercise.

Kamala also said she aboslutely loves this.

Elens however expressed fears that Europeans would soon copy this.

In other news, Bria Sullivan, who develops mobile apps, has disclosed the factors top Sillicon Valley companies consider if they wish to hire a new employee.
