The morning show host of Accra-based Kingdom FM, Prince Osei Kwame Tutu, has in a recent photo showed an unmatched quest to witness the best things to happen to humanity.

This followed his visit to an orphanage in Ghana’s capital, Accra, which saw the radio show host break down in uncontrollable tears.

Prince Osei Kwame Tutu was captured with a nearly 3-month old baby in his arms as he wiped tears off his face.

He recounted the sad and depressing experience while at the orphanage, noting that life for kids at orphanage homes in Ghana is beyond unpleasant.

Kwam Tutu revealed he has been visiting orphanages since 2009 and not even once had he been happy with how orphanage institutions ''can create serious psychological problems for children.''

The trauma from his visit had Tutu encouraged that measures be taken to scrub the traditional orphanage system for a more favourable one.

''Making many young people feel they are orphaned, live at the mercies of some ‘good-hearted’ people, live on the stipends of others is totally wrong and can create serious psychological problems for children living in needy or orphanage homes.

These institutions, whoever established them has outlived its usefulness. It’s my usual routine to visit orphanages and share my widow’s mite with inmates,'' Tutu was quoted by an online portal.
