The Ghanaian showbiz industry has been hit by its first death in the new year of 2020.

Celebrity makeup artist, Dorcas Yamoah, popularly known as Spicy Looks, has been reported dead.

Spicy Looks who is known to be the official makeup artist for Afia Schwarzenegger, Selly Galley, and many others, reportedly passed away on the morning of Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

Her death was announced on social media by Afia Schwar who was heartbroken by the news.

Sharing a photo of Spicy Looks, Afia Schwar wrote: "You told me you were suffering just yesterday but you didn't tell me you are leaving me just like that!!! I will miss u my friend,I miss that smile..oh Dorky.....Good night Dorcas. Rest in Power, Rest with the lord.@spicylooks_gh."

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh reported how the death of Jacqueline Larbi, a lady pastor with the Royalhouse Chapel International left family and friends in pain.

Earlier, Esi Quarshie, a female Ghanaian nurse had died together with two other persons following an accident at Juaso near Konongo in the Ashanti region.

Esi's death also caused a lot of sadness on social media.
