Kashia and Ryley Palmer are a cute US couple who have chosen to turn lemons into lemonade.
The parents of two chose the lockdown period to come up with creative workout routines and keep their bodies as fit as fiddles.

The Christian pair left a wide smile on their fans’ faces when they decided to share a few snippets of their daily routine so they could spread a little happiness on Instagram.
Kashia and Riley are both gym rats who love to get their bodies toned and maintain a clean bill of health while at it.

The adoption advocates who spread cheer with stories of infertility threw it back to their cheering days when they flaunted their flexibility on social media.
Kashia who is of a lighter build hopped onto Riley and did her sit-ups while hanging on his torso using her legs alone.
Riley who proved he was definitely strong did not even need to hold his wife to support her because he is fit, strong and capable to support his wife without using his hands.
To make things more interesting, Riley did his squats with his wife clutched onto his well-built body and did not struggle even one bit.
In another clip, Riley picked his wife up and placed her feet on his palms before raising the beauty above his head.
One word: amazing!
The two turned tedious exercise into a fun-filled workout that left people questioning their fitness.
While balancing on her husband’s palms, Kashia did her squats without fearing being on the air and the possibility of falling face first on the ground.
If this is not couple goals then we would definitely like to know what is. These two just proved that a couple that works out together, stays together.
