If there's one thing about money - it definitely makes people act funny. A young South African woman with the Twitter handle @ZintleDiko headed to the app to lament over the fact that she may have missed the opportunity to get to know a real-life millionaire.
According to her post, the guy had DM'd her a while back - messages which she made the concious decision to ignore. Not long thereafter, the same guy flexed his heft bank account balance and went viral.
And this is when she recognized that he was the exact same guy who tried to chat her up before, and this led to her trying to rectify her mistake by responding to his DM with all the haste in the world.
"Ngaze ngayisola (I even suspected it,)" she captioned her post regretfully.
Soon Mzansi was in the comment section laughing out loud. Read a few of their comments below:

In similar YEN.com.gh news, a young South African woman recently headed online to swoon over her overly generous and somewhat arguably romantic boyfriend who goes out of his way to gift her with some cash every single time she comes to visit him.
In the tweet, which was made by a local Twitter user, @khomotsoacc, she explains that no matter how many times she visits her man, she always leaves R500 richer. In the post, she also explains that her man usually sneaks the cash into her purse.
"Yoh guys my boyfriend hle every time I visit him, every morning I check my purse there's R500, it doesn't matter how many times I visit him in a week, he puts it without me noticing. I love this man," she wrote clearly overjoyed with her man's efforts.
