Amid rumours that Zack Orji had passed away, a man who spoke with the actor has opened up on his health status.
Philip Obin shared on Facebook a picture he had taken with Zack and revealed he recently had a chat with the actor.

According to Philip, he had a chat with Zack and can confirm the actor is alive and kicking. He added that the actor is in high spirits and likened him to a horse.

Philip expressed worry over the spread of negativity and fake information on social media. Philip wrote:
"I just had a chat with my buddy, Zack Orji, and I'm happy to report that he's alive and kicking! He's doing great, in high spirits, and as healthy as a horse.
"Apparently, he's been flooded with calls this morning from folks who wanted to confirm the (fake) news of his passing. It's truly disturbing that some folks wake up with the intention of spreading negativity and false information. It makes me wonder what social media is becoming."
