Darren Fosu, the second son of the late highlife music legend Daddy Lumba, has courted attention after he made a rare public appearance.

The Canada-based son of the music icon recently arrived in Ghana to attend the one-week observation of his late father at the Black Stars Square on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Prominent Ghanaian figures like former President Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Diana Asamoah, Sarkodie and his wife Tracy Sarkcess, Obaapa Christy, Prophet Kumchacha, Kennedy Agyapong, Gomoa Central MP Kwame A-Plus and others attended the solemn event.

Daddy Lumba's two wives, Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni, along with his children and family members, were also present at the one-week celebration ceremony.

Darren and Calvin tour Lumba's radio station

Days after the one-week celebration, Daddy Lumba's eldest sons, Darren Fosu and Calvin Kwadwo Fosu, visited their father's radio station.

In a video shared by media personality Rocklyn Osei Esther on her official TikTok page on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, the two eldest sons of the late highlife musician wore black outfits as they stood silently while touring the various studios of DLFM at Agbogba Junction, North Legon in Accra.

The popular radio station is also directly opposite the main entrance of the Wisconsin International University College.

Darren and Calvin appeared to be in a sombre mood as they observed some staff members carrying out their duties.

Daddy Lumba's first baby mama attends one-week

Darren Fosu and Calvin Kwadwo Fosu's tour of the DL FM radio station comes days after Daddy Lumba's first baby mama, Maame Ahimah, attended his one-week celebration event.

In a video, the lady, who is the mother of Denise Fosu, was spotted accompanying her daughter as they arrived at the Black Stars Square to pay tribute to her late baby daddy.

Maame Ahimah appeared significantly younger, showcasing her natural beauty with elegantly subtle makeup highlighted by a bold red lipstick.
