A Nigerian creative, Obinna Obioma, has caught the attention of netizens with one of his recognized fashion projects.
In a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram, the talented visual artist captured the iconic West African "Ghana Must Go" bag in a striking high fashion series he tagged "Anyi N'aga" in Igbo, which translates to "we are going".

In an interview with BBC, Obioma said his project delves into the bags' evolution from mere carriers to powerful symbols of migration.
"They are being used to carry not just belongings but also culture, heritage, and memories," he said.

The blue-white and red-white woven bag carries the history of how Ghanaians were sent out of Nigeria in the early 1980s. They packed their belongings in these bags, which became casually known as "Ghana-Must-Go" despite the burden that made it popular.
Chioma Obiegbu, a Nigerian visual artist and designer, and Wuraola Oladapo, a fashion stylist, teamed up with Obioma to create these spectacular Western and African designs.

Bride weeps on her wedding day
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that a Ghanaian bride cried on her wedding day because she was not happy with the style of her gown.
The bride said the dress was revealing, and she did not want that. Her parents were also giving her pressure not to wear makeup further damaging her spirit on the day.
In a video on social media, her bridal team helped her to wipe her makeup.
