Instead of abandoning his old house and allowing it to rot away, a man embarked on a renovation of the buliding.

The old structure looked weak and tired from years of usage before it was given a massive facelift.

A video showing the old and new looks of the structure has been shared on both TikTok and Instagram and it has been viewed many times.

The renovated house can now be compared to houses often seen in Lekki, Victoria Island or other high-profiled areas.
