How it started vs how it's going: Family shares grass to grace transformation

- A young man, Tunde Onokoya, has put smiles on the faces of a father and his two children by helping them out of poverty

- The young man had taken to social media to share the terrible living condition of the family and Nigerians came to their rescue

- The family has moved from a slum to a better apartment and the children's education has been taken care of

Photos of past and present living conditions of a Nigerian family have got people talking on social media.

A man identified as Tunde Onokoya who mobilised help for the family has shared the photos on his Twitter page.

According to the old photos, the family used to live in squalor. In recent photos, the man and his two kids have finally moved from grass to grace.

Tweeps were moved to tears while reading the family's story and they soon flooded the comment section with their thoughts.

YEN.com.gh previously reported that Onokoya narrated how he had accosted one of the kids on his way from work who, despite the downpour, was busy picking scraps and putting them into a sack.
