Mum fumes over career day
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that a mother pleaded with teachers and heads of basic schools to re-evaluate certain extracurricular activities.
The young lady in a TikTok video that activities such as career day, Africanwear day, fashion day, and clean up exercise day, among others, are affecting parents negatively.
She said Ghana's current economic situation, activities such as these for students only worsen the financial burden on parents as they cost a lot of money.
"Please do something about these activities for us because the kids will cry if you decide not to get them what they want on that day"
