Woman Dies Shortly After Excitedly Announcing on Facebook She Was Going to Give Birth

Like any doting mother, Kelli Tyler was excited that the day to give birth to her 5th baby had finally arrived.

The 35-year-old, therefore, went to social media and made a post excitedly announcing that she was headed to the hospital to deliver.
Unbeknownst to the mother of four and her followers, she would never walk out of the facility alive again.
Tyler pronounced dead after 2 hours
Tyler's mother Julie Roach shared the heartbreaking development on Facebook, disclosing that her daughter suffered from a blocked artery caused by a foreign body, such as a blood clot or an air bubble.
"Her medical team at Mercy worked above and beyond to revive her. After almost two hours, they pronounced her gone," she wrote.
Julie added that Tyler's baby Jaylee had her own trauma of unresponsiveness and was transported to OU Children's.
The good news is that despite having been born through a traumatic process, the newborn is doing well.
Newborn taken off fluids
Julie disclosed that her granddaughter weighed 4kgs at birth and, in her words, "as of today, she is eating like a little piglet and was taken off her fluids."
The grieving grandma praised the youngster for being one tough fighter, narrating how her heart is torn, both happy and devastated.
"There are truly no words to describe the pain of losing your child. My forever beautiful Kelli was a great mother to her children and the stable point for them. Her smile was the best," she eulogised.
Julie also noted that her biggest priority now is making sure that her late daughter's five awesome kids are taken care of in their mother's absence.
GoFund Me page to be set up
According to her, the family is struggling with the tragedy of Tyler's loss, but they have a blessing in Jaylee.
She expressed the need for a GoFund Me page to help with expenses of all kinds from food, clothes, diapers, and school needs.
"My family faces a different normal now. But God is good," she concluded.
Another woman died after hubby refused CS
In another heartbreaking story, a woman died in labour after her husband insisted that he had an agreement with God for her to have a normal birth.
The expectant mother was presented with an elective Cesarean section (C/S) due to her heart condition, with the risk that her frail heart wouldn't endure the stress of labor.
She asked the medics to give her time to seek her husband's consent as he didn't believe in her birthing through CS.
Weeks after, the pregnant returned to labour but tragically, the baby's heart had ceased beating
The woman's heart couldn't bear the strain as well, resulting in a fatal cardiac arrest.
