The two had a night of steamy passion following a slow build-up of flirting, but that was the end of their sweet story.

Night was intense and memorable

According to The Mirror, the 35-year-old single mother developed feelings for her neighbour after their children became friends.

What started as a friendship led to flirtation and, eventually, a physical relationship.

However, after their night together, the man distanced himself, leaving the woman emotionally torn.

The woman revealed that the man had confided in her about his troubled marriage and had started to make excuses to visit her.

Woman regrets accepting

This culminated in him begging her for a night of passion, which she describes as intense and memorable.

"It felt so intense, and I thought we'd made a special connection, but from that moment on, everything changed," she lamented.

However, the man stopped coming around after the encounter and now avoids her.

The woman is left wondering if the man regrets cheating on his wife and if their night together meant nothing to him.
