Jose Mourinho aggressively pulled his assistant away from a goal celebration during Fenerbahce's clash with Gaziantep.
The Turkish giants won the game 3-1, but Mourinho once again stole the show with his hilarious and bizarre antics.
Fenerbahce are second in the Turkish Super Lig with 32 points, three behind leaders and arch-rivals Galatasaray.
Mourinho grabs assistant coach
Mourinho's side opened the scoring after three minutes, but Gaziantep equalised in the 12th minute. The visitors were seeking to earn a point against the Turkish giants, but it wasn't to be.
Rodrigo Becao gave Fenerbahce the lead in the 78th minute, sparking wild reactions from the players and staff. However, Mourinho had other ideas.
In a video shared on social media, Mourinho aggressively pulls his assistant coach, Zeki Murat Gole, by the hood away from a goal celebration.
He wanted Gole to give instructions to Mert Muldur before he came on, per GOAL. Muldur was brought on in place of Dusan Tadic in the 80th minute.
Edin Dzeko scored a third in the 89th minute to secure the win. After the game, Mourinho had some words for the Turkish media.
"Clubs and players to evolve, they need stability also in their coaches, in their coaches' philosophy. So give me a bit of a break, let me work in peace but if it's not in peace, there is no problem, I still enjoy it," he said via ESPN.
Mourinho's message to Ruben Amorim
YEN.com.gh reported that new Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim revealed he consulted José Mourinho after his appointment.
Amorim shared that his compatriot spoke highly of the club, describing it as "lovely."
Mourinho eyeing Premier League return
YEN.com.gh also reported that José Mourinho is considering a return to the Premier League and has identified Newcastle United as his preferred destination.
The former Chelsea manager is reportedly interested in taking over if current coach Eddie Howe departs.
