Meanwhile, last season's runners-up Arsenal have an 11.8% chance of lifting their first title in 20 years, down from 12.5% heading into the Fulham match.
Chelsea are seeking to win their first title since 2017. They have been given a 2.8% chance of winning it again.
Pep Guardiola's side have won the last four league titles, but after a terrible start, their stranglehold could be coming to an end this season.
