A 90-year-old mechanic identified as Bryan Webb has retired after working with the same company for 75 years.
According to a post on Instagram by @bbcnews, Bryan started at Vauxhall in Gloucester, England, as an apprentice in 1946.

On Wednesday, October 27, Bryan's colleagues presented him with a ceremonial spanner and unveiled a plaque in his honour.

"He said he would miss work but was looking forward to having a cup of tea and a sleep in the afternoons.
"When Mr Webb got to 65 he agreed to stay on "for a couple of years, and it turned into 25."
Describing his work, the man said:
"I always thought if you kept working it kept you young. If you work it keeps you going, it gets you up in the morning to get out.”

91-year-old policeman says he's not retiring just yet
Legit.ng previously reported that a 91-year-old police officer, LC 'Buckshot’ Smith said he had no plan of retiring just yet despite being in service for 56 years.
The man revealed that he was going to retire only when “the good Lord says so”.
During his over five decades of service in Arkansas, the man was a sheriff deputy most of the time.
It should be noted that Smith initially retired but came back to join the force after missing the action.
